Natalie’s interest in massage therapy was sparked by a yearning for a more holistic and connected form of healing than traditional medicine. She is a Registered Massage Therapist with experience treating a wide variety of clients and conditions, but is particularly drawn to women’s health, perinatal care, and lower limb conditions including the foot and ankle. Natalie has a compassionate, attentive approach to ensure every session is focused on your unique goals and comfort. Her skills include deep tissue work, myofascial release and trigger point therapies. She incorporates breathwork and movement into her treatments.
In Natalie’s free time, she enjoys climbing rocks (indoors and outdoors), learning to play new instruments (particularly the ones with strings) and generally relishes all sorts of outdoor activities (such as camping, jumping in lakes, hiking and building snow forts).
Natalie loves learning everything she can about healing and the human body and looks forward to adding more modalities to her practice.
