After many years travelling the world, and studying the art and science of movement and the human body, I have now been happily working as a massage therapist in Toronto for five years. Many years ago I fell deeply into the world of martial arts which was the beginning of my fascination with embodiment, and all of the facets involved in a healthy body and mind.
This led me to becoming a graduate of the Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2015. Since then I have been lucky enough to work with people of all ages, and all walks of life, people suffering from long term chronic pain, new acute injuries, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, anxiety, depression, nervous system disorders, prenatal patients, artists, athletes, and more.
I work closely with the nervous system, slowly, carefully, and deeply, while working to get to the core of what is going on. I see everything in the body as connected, and work to bring this unity to light. Through this process I want to help bring my clients healing and strength, and to help them feel healthy and happy in their bodies.
