I've been seeing Panthea for a few weeks now and I can honestly say that I finally feel like there's some hope in completely healing my chronic hip issues. I've been seeing a number of therapists for years and many have helped with me to deal with my pain but long lasting healing has been elusive. Panthea is a sport RMT and is holistic in her approach (and also does great electric acupuncture). I am actually able to walk now with a normal gait!

Fantastic RMT clinic, it's truly a little sanctuary. Suzanne is excellent, I could literally feel my stress melting away during my 60 minute massage. Highly recommend!

MyoCare is my go-to massage place—it’s always clean and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly kind. The massage tables are heated (if you prefer), which I love since I tend to feel cold, so it’s nice to be warm and comfortable. Suzanne is wonderful. She always asks about your problem areas beforehand and focuses on what you need most. She also checks in during the massage to ensure the pressure is just right. I highly recommend MyoCare!

I've tried a lot of massage therapists, but this place has the best massage therapists in the city. One of the game-changers for me was discovering their face-down pregnancy massage option—something I didn’t even know was possible! It made such a difference while I was pregnant, and it was exactly what I needed for relief and comfort. Every session feels personalized, and you can really tell they know what they’re doing. The atmosphere is always calm and welcoming, and I leave feeling so much better every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Reason for visit: I initially had intense pain in left mid-scapula area which radiated into left upper arm, elbow, forearm and pinky finger Doctor thought muscle spasm in subscapular area and prescribed muscle relaxant and pain medication to get pain under control. Once under control, I should see a massage therapist to work on the relevant muscles. But it was important to fine a therapist who specializes in neuromuscular. I found Annie Gable at MyoCare. One of her specialties was peripheral nerve compression, which is what I needed. Today I had an initial session with Annie. She is very knowledgeable about the possible causes and treatments for the problem that I had. She assessed back, rotator cuff and pectoral muscle involvement. Treatment zeroed in on the muscles that were causing pain, and provided relief. Annie has given me some exercises to strengthen some muscle groups that are leading to the problem that I had. I would recommend highly Annie's service.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to let the world know how amazing my massages have been with Suzanne. I live on the east end and she’s worth the 45 min drive! They also have this incredible pregnancy pillow where you’re able to lie flat as there’s a hole for your belly and breasts. Highly recommend!!!

I had my first massage with Tyler Ruebottom almost 10 years ago. His experience shows, he is thoughtful and genuinely cares about your health. His pace and movements feel purposeful and comfortable, and he is artful in his craft. His exercise advice is excellent and he adapts things to my lifestyle, understanding the big picture well. He is very knowledgeable about the body. Over the years he has been an inspiration for both my health and my own health care practice. This clinic, is very easy to book with and has a great waiting area with refreshments. You can tell they take pride in their pristine work environment.

Natalie is godsend. I've had many massages and no one comes close to her. I found her when I was pregnant, and I've been going to her bi monthly for a year now. She's the best!!! She understands Additionally, the new location is very on point!! Well done guys!
